We are a one stop shop NGS service center following your sample from the first quality control to the final analysis. 

 

All samples are organized and followed through all the the process using an automater Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) these forms enable the organization and characterization of different libraries. 

 

This accumulated knowledge leads to optimized pooling and maximized reads of various types of libraries.

Sequencing forms for Hiseq​

Our Hiseq went through ISO accreditation inorder to run patient samples we therefore request to fill in these two forms: GTC sequencing form and Naharia sequencing form. Please return both samples to this email adress

Sequencing form for Miseq​
We perform two Miseq runs per week therefore our turnover is extremely quick. We get between 800-1200 k/mm2 cluster reads when libraries are characterized and quantified by the GTC. If interested please fill in this sequencing form. ​

 

​Bioanalyzer, QUBIT and qPCR forms

At the GTC we perform quality and quantity assays of your samples along the way if interested please fill in these forms: Baioanalyzer, QUBIT, qPCR. Please read this document before submitting anything to the GTC.

Form for Library prep
We have a wide possibility of library prep if inteersted please fill in the following forms: NEBNext DNA, NEBNext RNA, NEBNext smallRNA, NEBNext directionalRNA, C1 Fluidigm Libraries, Access Array Fluidigm Libraries.

 

Pamgene form
